Polymer coated urea is the best controlled released fertilizer which adopt China top-grade biodegradable ultrathin polyurethane technology. It has the advantages of improving fertilizer utilization rate(30%-60%), reducing the amount of use and fertilization, reducing production cost, reducing environmental pollution, and improving the quality of crop products. The outstanding feature is that its release rate and release period are organically combined with crop growth rules, so that fertilizer nutrients can be effectively utilized. It widely used on horticulture like turf,golf lawn,flowers and also used on field crops like paddy,cotton,maize,wheat..etc.

It adopt High temperature coating process. After high temperature treatment, it makes particles of urea in a slightly soluble state first, then spray resin on the surface of urea granular to form a ultra-thin uniform film. The effect of slow release is ideal and releasing rate is consistent with the crop fertilizer requirement (similarity≥80).There is no direct connection between the controlled releasing period and the coating thickness. The coating technology used by our company has been developed over several years.One spray molding, no matter how long the release period is, then the thickness of the resin film is always between 20 and 60 microns.
