(1) Machine tool position and environment requirements The machine tool should be located far away from the vibration source. The use of the environment should be no dust, conductive materials flying, otherwise it will directly affect the machining accuracy and stability of the machine, the electronic components will make bad contacts, failure, the possibility of affecting the machine. The workplace should be fully ventilated, should be set fire extinguishers.
(2) Power Requirements The installation of CNC EDM machine, the power supply voltage has strict requirements. If you exceed the allowable range of operation. May damage the machine, may also affect the processing efficiency and accuracy. In addition, the power supply voltage fluctuations must be within the allowable range (± 10%), and remain relatively stable. Otherwise it will affect the normal work of CNC system.
(3) temperature conditions General NC EDM machine installed in a special electrical processing workshop, requiring stable changes in the environment is small, it is recommended to use air conditioning. CNC EDM machine can be used in the temperature range is 5 ~ 35 ℃, relative humidity less than 80% high-precision machining, should be installed in the thermostatic workshop use. The recommended temperature stability workshop (20 ± 1) ℃. In general, the CNC power supply box with a fan or air cooler inside to keep the electronic components, in particular, the CPU temperature is constant or small temperature changes. Excessive temperature and humidity will reduce the life of CNC system components and lead to increased failures. Increased temperature, humidity, and dust build-up can cause sticking on the integrated circuit board and cause a short circuit.
(4) according to the instructions of the machine tool readers in the use of machine tools, not allowed to change the control system factory set parameters. The setting of these parameters is directly related to the dynamic characteristics of each part of the machine tool. Can not be free to replace the machine tool accessories, blind replacement caused by various aspects of the parameters do not match, or even cause an estimated accident.
